Some of your progress numbers only ever go up — the total time you've trained and the number of sessions you've completed. They're a running tally of the work you've put in.
What they show
- Total minutes — the minutes you've spent training with PushMe, added up across every session.
- Total sessions — how many workouts you've completed.
These are cumulative: they never reset and never go down. Every session you finish — base, easier, or harder — adds to them.
Why these numbers matter
Day-to-day, training can feel like you're not getting anywhere. Totals tell a different story: they're proof of the work already banked. Looking back and seeing hundreds of minutes and dozens of sessions is a reminder that consistency adds up, even on the days it didn't feel like much.

Totals pair with your streak (recent consistency) and your body-zone strength (how you're getting stronger) to give you the whole view. See Your streak and Your progress dashboard & body-zone strength.
