PushMe shows your progress in a way that's easy to read at a glance — so you can see momentum building instead of guessing whether it's working.
Body-zone strength
PushMe tracks how you're getting stronger across the main areas of your body — roughly your upper body, core, and lower body. As you train and rate your sets, PushMe learns which zones are progressing and which have room to grow, and it factors that back into the workouts it builds for you.
You don't have to set any of this up — it builds automatically from the workouts you do and how each set felt (your Kolay / İyiydi / Zor ratings). See Doing a workout for how those ratings are captured.
Your dashboard at a glance
Alongside body-zone strength, your progress view shows things like:
- Your streak — the days you've shown up. See Your streak.
- Total time and sessions — the minutes and workouts you've put in. See Total minutes & sessions.
- Your weight trend — from the weights you log, shown as a direction over time rather than a single day. See Logging your weight.
Why it's shown this way
Progress in training is rarely a straight line day to day. PushMe leans on trends and totals — the things that actually reflect getting fitter — so a single tough day doesn't read as failure. The numbers you see are your real logged activity, not estimates.
