Your streak counts the days you show up. It's there to build momentum — not to punish you for having a life.
How your streak builds
- Complete a workout and your streak goes up.
- An easier session still counts. A lighter day handled honestly is a completed day — see Easier, base or harder: choosing today's intensity. PushMe would rather you train light than skip entirely.
Life happens — your streak is forgiving
PushMe isn't built to make you feel guilty. Your streak is designed to survive the occasional off day, so one missed session doesn't wipe out weeks of effort. The goal is consistency over time, not a perfect unbroken chain.
Why streaks, done right, help
Seeing your days add up is a simple, honest nudge to keep going. But PushMe never uses your streak to pressure you — no countdown timers, no "you'll lose everything" scare tactics. If you need a rest day, take it; your coach will welcome you back, not scold you.
