PushMe is a personal trainer that lives in your phone. Instead of a rigid, one-size-fits-all program, you get an AI coach that builds your workout, adapts it to how you feel each day, and remembers you from one session to the next.
What PushMe does for you
- Builds you a personal workout. Your coach asks a couple of questions, then builds today's session around your goal, your fitness level, your equipment, and anything you've told it to work around (like an old knee injury).
- Adapts to how you feel. Some days you're fresh, some days you're wiped. Tell your coach how you're doing and it offers an easier, base, or harder version of the same session — so you can still show up on a hard day.
- Coaches you in a real conversation. Ask your coach to swap an exercise, make the session shorter, or add core work — just say it, and it edits your workout for you. No menus to dig through.
- Tracks your progress. Your streak, the minutes you've put in, and how each part of your body is getting stronger — all shown back to you simply, so you can see momentum building.
- Remembers you. PushMe keeps your plan, your preferences, and your history between sessions, so you never have to start over or repeat yourself.
What makes PushMe different
- It adapts, it doesn't shame. A tired day handled with an easier session still counts. PushMe is built around showing up consistently, not punishing you for a hard day.
- It remembers. The more you use PushMe, the better it knows you — your pace, your injuries, what you like and don't. That memory is the whole point.
- It stays in its lane. PushMe is a fitness coach, not a doctor. If you raise a medical concern, it will point you to a professional rather than pretend to diagnose you.
