The first time you open PushMe, your coach walks you through a short, friendly setup before you train. This is how PushMe builds a plan that's actually yours.
What your coach asks
Your coach asks one question at a time — and never re-asks something you've already answered:
- Your goal — what you want to get out of training.
- A bit about you — things like your age, height, current weight, and how active your day is.
- Your experience — whether you're just starting out or already train regularly.
- Anything to work around — injuries, aches, or health conditions. PushMe remembers these and keeps them out of your workouts. (See Your coach remembers you.)
- Your equipment — whether you're training with just your body, a few dumbbells, or a full gym.
Your first workout
Once your coach understands you, it builds your first workout and puts an "Antrenmanın hazır" ("Your workout is ready") button on your home screen. Tap it to start training.
Your coach usually builds today's session in three flavors of the same workout:
- a base version (the plan as prescribed),
- an easier version for a low-energy day, and
- a harder version when you want to push.
You don't have to pick from a cold menu — your coach offers the right one based on how you say you're feeling. See How PushMe builds your workout and Easier, base or harder: choosing today's intensity.
From here on
PushMe remembers your plan and preferences, so you won't set this up again. Each day you can just open the app, tell your coach how you're doing, and train.
