PushMe uses notifications to nudge you for your daily check-in and remind you about your workout. If they're not coming through, it's almost always a phone setting.
Turn on notifications
iPhone / iPad
- Open Settings → Notifications.
- Scroll to PushMe.
- Turn Allow Notifications on, and make sure Lock Screen, Banners, and Sounds are enabled.
- Check Focus / Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them.
Android
- Open Settings → Apps → PushMe → Notifications.
- Turn notifications on and enable the categories you want.
- Check Do Not Disturb and any battery-saver setting isn't blocking the app in the background.
Still nothing?
- Reopen the app once with notifications enabled — PushMe registers for notifications when it's allowed. You can also allow notifications when your coach asks for permission in the chat.
- Battery optimisation (Android): some phones aggressively pause background apps. Excluding PushMe from battery optimisation helps reminders arrive on time.
- Restart your phone if settings look correct but nothing arrives.
If you've done all this and still get nothing, contact us — see How do I contact PushMe support? — and tell us your phone model and OS version so we can help.
