The app won't load or my data isn't syncing

If PushMe is stuck loading, or something you logged isn't showing up, run through these — they clear up almost everything.

Quick fixes

1. Check your connection. PushMe needs internet to talk to your coach and save your progress. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out a bad connection.
2. Close and reopen the app. Fully close PushMe (swipe it away) and open it again.
3. Restart your phone. A simple restart resolves a surprising number of glitches.
4. Update PushMe. Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store or Google Play — older versions can misbehave.

If something you logged is missing

• Give it a moment and reopen the app — your logs sync when you have a connection.
• Make sure you're signed in to the right account (the same email as always). Logging in under a different email shows a different, empty history. See I can't sign in or didn't get my login email.
