Got a new phone, or reinstalled the app? Your plan, history, and subscription are tied to your account, not your device — so getting everything back is quick.
Bring your account across
- Install PushMe on the new phone from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in with the same email you've always used — we send a one-time code to confirm it's you. See I can't sign in or didn't get my login email if the code doesn't arrive.
- Your coach, your workouts, your streak, and your progress are all there — nothing to set up again.
Get your subscription back
- If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play: open PushMe and use Restore Purchases (in your profile / settings). Make sure the new phone is signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. See I subscribed but PushMe doesn't recognise me.
- If you subscribed on the web: signing in with the same email is all you need — your subscription follows your account.
Switching between iPhone and Android?
Your account, plan, and history move with your email, so signing in restores them. One thing to know: a subscription bought through the App Store is managed by Apple, and one bought through Google Play is managed by Google — so if you change platforms, you may keep your existing subscription running on the old platform until it ends. If anything looks off, contact us and we'll sort it out — see How do I contact PushMe support?
