Your PushMe coach is a capable training partner — but it's honest about its limits. Here's the line, so you always know what to expect.
What your coach does
- Builds and edits your workouts.
- Adapts today's session to how you feel.
- Logs your weight and remembers what to work around.
- Answers training questions and keeps you motivated across sessions.
What your coach won't do
- It won't give medical advice. PushMe is a fitness coach, not a doctor. If you raise pain, an injury, or a health condition, your coach works around it in your training and will point you to a qualified health professional. It won't diagnose you or tell you a symptom is or isn't serious. If something might be a medical emergency, contact a doctor or emergency services — not the app.
- It doesn't track food or calories. PushMe is about training. It won't build you a meal plan or count calories. (If nutrition coaching is what you're after, that's a different kind of product.)
- It doesn't automatically read your health data. PushMe doesn't sync from Apple Health, Google Fit, or a wearable in this version — what it knows is what you tell it and what you log in the app.
Why the limits are there
Keeping your coach in the training lane is deliberate. It's what keeps its advice trustworthy and keeps your health data safe — your training information is never handed to advertising or analytics tools. See How PushMe handles your data + how to delete it.
Got a question that falls outside what your coach can help with? A real person can — see How do I contact PushMe support?
