Sometimes it's easier to talk than to type. PushMe lets you send your coach a voice note, and it turns what you said into action.
How to send a voice note
In the coach chat, use the voice option and speak naturally — for example, "I weighed 78 kilos this morning and my lower back's a bit tight."
Your coach listens, then shows you a structured card of exactly what it picked up, split into two buckets:
- ⚖️ Numbers → tracked. A number like your weight is saved to your log. (In the example: 78 kg recorded.)
- 💬 Comments → remembered. The rest — like your back feeling tight — is kept as something your coach remembers about you, so it can adjust future workouts.
You get to see this before it's final, so nothing is logged behind your back.
Two ways it works
Depending on your phone, a voice note either uses your device's built-in speech-to-text, or records your audio and transcribes it. Either way, the result is text your coach can act on.
Good to know
- Your coach replies in text, not with a live voice call — voice is for your input.
- Say numbers clearly. If you mention a weight, your coach shows you the number it heard so you can correct it before it's saved.
- Mentioned pain? If your voice note mentions pain, your coach treats it as something to work around, and may suggest seeing a professional — see What your coach can and can't do.
