Your coach lives in the coach chat — one continuous conversation, like texting a real trainer. There are no menus to learn. You ask, it responds and does the thing.
What you can ask your coach
- Build or change a workout — "build me today's session", "make it shorter", "add core work". See How PushMe builds your workout and Editing your workout with your coach.
- Check what's on for today — "what's my workout today?" Your coach reads it back to you.
- Log your weight — just tell it, and it records the number. See Logging your weight.
- Tell it how you're feeling — which shapes today's session. See Daily check-in.
- Ask training questions — how to do a movement, why it's in your plan, what to focus on.
How the conversation works
- It's one thread. Everything stays in a single conversation, so your coach always has the context of what you said earlier.
- Quick-reply chips. Above the keyboard you'll often see a row of suggested replies — tap one to drop it into the text box (it doesn't send on its own), then send when you're ready.
- Short and to the point. Your coach keeps replies brief and asks one thing at a time, rather than dumping a wall of text on you.
Prefer to talk instead of type?
You can send your coach a voice note — see Using voice notes with your coach.
What it won't do
Your coach stays in the training lane. For medical questions it will point you to a professional, and it doesn't track food or calories. See What your coach can and can't do.
