PushMe signs you in with your email — we send a one-time code or a sign-in link, so there's no password. If it's not arriving, here's how to fix it.
The code or link didn't arrive
- Check your spam / junk folder. Automated emails sometimes land there. Mark it "not spam" so future ones come through.
- Give it a minute. Email can take a moment. Avoid tapping "resend" repeatedly — wait, then request one more.
- Check the address is exactly right. A small typo in your email means the code goes nowhere. Re-enter it carefully.
- Search your inbox for trypushme.com — the email comes from our address, and search finds it even if a filter moved it.
Make sure you're using the right email
If you subscribed on the web or on another phone, sign in with the same email you used then — that's the account your subscription and history live on. See I subscribed on the web — how do I get into the app?
The code isn't accepted
- One-time codes expire after a short while — if it's been a bit, request a fresh one.
- Use the most recent code; older ones stop working once a new one is sent.
