You can cancel PushMe any time. You'll keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for — cancelling just stops the next renewal. There's no cancellation fee, and you can resubscribe later any time.
Where you cancel depends on how you signed up. If you're not sure which applies to you, start with option A (most in-app subscribers), and if you don't see PushMe there, use option B.
A) You subscribed inside the app (App Store or Google Play)
Because Apple or Google handles the billing, you cancel in your phone's subscription settings — not inside PushMe:
iPhone / iPad
- Open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions.
- Tap PushMe.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Android
- Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Tap PushMe.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
B) You subscribed on the web (trypushme.com)
If you subscribed through a checkout on the web, you manage it from your billing page, not your phone settings.
- Open your billing page: quiz.trypushme.com/manage-subscription.
- Verify the email you subscribed with, then choose Cancel subscription and confirm. Your cancellation is processed right away and you won't be charged again.
Not sure how to reach it? Contact us and we'll send you your billing link — see How do I contact PushMe support?
Still in your free trial?
Cancelling during a free trial works the same way — see Cancelling during your free trial.
What happens after you cancel
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- You won't be charged again.
- Your plan and history are kept for a while in case you come back, so you can pick up where you left off. To remove your data too, see How PushMe handles your data + how to delete it.
Want a refund as well?
Cancelling stops future charges but isn't the same as a refund. See Can I get a refund?
