Cancelling during your free trial

If your subscription started with a free trial, you can cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged. The trial simply stops — there's no fee for cancelling during it.

How to cancel your trial

You cancel a trial exactly the same way you cancel a paid subscription — where depends on how you signed up:

• Subscribed inside the app (App Store / Google Play): cancel in your phone's Subscriptions settings.
• Subscribed on the web (trypushme.com): cancel from your billing page at quiz.trypushme.com/manage-subscription.

Good to know

• Cancel before the trial's last day. To avoid the first charge, cancel before the trial period ends — not on the day it renews. Your renewal date is shown where you manage your subscription.
• You keep access until the trial ends. Cancelling during the trial doesn't cut you off early — you can keep using PushMe until the trial period is over.
