PushMe is a subscription — one membership that unlocks your coach, your personalized workouts, and all your progress tracking.
Plans
PushMe offers plans of different lengths — the longer the plan, the lower the effective price. The exact plans and prices available to you are always shown before you pay, in your local currency. They can vary by country and by the offer you signed up through, so the checkout screen is the source of truth for what you'll be charged.
Free trial
Many offers start with a free trial, so you can try PushMe before you're charged anything. When there's a trial:
- You're not charged during the trial period.
- The trial length and what happens after are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.
- You can cancel during the trial and you won't be charged for the plan — see How do I cancel my subscription?
After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the plan price until you cancel.
How you're billed
How you pay depends on where you signed up:
- Through the App Store or Google Play (if you subscribed inside the app) — Apple or Google handle the payment and renewals.
- On the web at trypushme.com (if you subscribed through a quiz/checkout) — payment is taken securely by card on the web.
Either way, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Managing your plan
You can cancel or update your payment method any time — where you do it depends on how you signed up. See How do I cancel my subscription?, Update payment & manage billing, and Is my subscription auto-renewing?
If you see a charge you don't recognise, contact us first and we'll help you find it — see Can I get a refund? and How do I contact PushMe support?
