I subscribed but PushMe doesn't recognise me

Paid, but the app still shows you as not subscribed? Don't worry — nearly always it's a quick fix, and you won't be charged twice.

Try these first

1. Restore your purchase

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, use Restore Purchases in the app (in your profile / settings). This re-checks your store account and re-activates your subscription — handy after reinstalling or switching phones.

2. Make sure you're using the right account

• App Store / Google Play: you need to be signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought PushMe with.
• Signed up on the web? Sign in to the app with the same email you paid with on trypushme.com. A different email won't find your subscription. See I subscribed on the web — how do I get into the app?

3. Give it a moment, then restart

Occasionally it takes a minute for a new subscription to register. Close and reopen PushMe, and check your connection.
