Whether a charge can be refunded — and who handles it — depends on where you subscribed. Start by finding the section that matches how you paid.
Apple App Store purchases
App Store subscription refunds are handled directly by Apple — PushMe can't process an Apple refund on your behalf.
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find your PushMe purchase and tap Report a Problem.
- Choose a reason and submit.
Apple usually responds within 24–48 hours.
Google Play purchases
Within 48 hours of purchase, you can usually request a refund directly from Google Play:
- Google Play → Account → Order history.
- Find your PushMe order and tap Request a refund.
For purchases older than 48 hours, contact us at support@trypushme.com and we'll help.
Website (trypushme.com) purchases
Subscription fees and any one-time purchases are non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
- EU consumers — 14-day withdrawal right. If you're in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase under EU consumer law. To exercise it, email support@trypushme.com within 14 days of your purchase. Note: if you start using the service and consume digital content within that period, you may waive this right under applicable law.
- Faulty service. If you hit a verifiable service problem (a prolonged outage or a billing error), write to support@trypushme.com with the details. We'll review it and, where appropriate, issue a refund or a service credit.
What we can't refund
- Partial or unused subscription periods.
- Cancellations made after a renewal has already been charged (cancelling stops the next renewal — see How do I cancel my subscription?).
Contact us
Email support@trypushme.com with the subject "Refund request", and include:
- your account email,
- your purchase date and transaction / order number (from your receipt), and
- your reason for the request.
We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Where a refund is approved, we process it back to your original payment method — it can take a further 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Note for UK/EU customers: nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under local consumer law.
