Not always — and this is important. Deleting your PushMe account removes your data, but it does not automatically stop a subscription you bought through the App Store or Google Play. If you only delete the account, you could keep getting charged.
Do both: cancel first, then delete
To fully stop everything, cancel your subscription first, then delete your account.
- If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play: your subscription is managed by Apple or Google, and deleting your PushMe account has no effect on it. You must cancel it in your phone's Subscriptions settings. See How do I cancel my subscription?
- If you subscribed on the web (trypushme.com): cancel from your billing page at quiz.trypushme.com/manage-subscription so no further charges are taken, then delete your account.
What deleting your account does
Deleting your account removes your profile, logs, chat history, and what your coach remembered — see How PushMe handles your data + how to delete it. It's about your data, not your billing, so treat the two as separate steps.
Already deleted your account but still being charged?
If you deleted your account without cancelling and you're still being billed, cancel in the App Store / Google Play (or your web billing page) to stop future charges, and contact us — see Can I get a refund? and How do I contact PushMe support?
