Easier, base or harder — choosing today's intensity

Training the same way every day ignores real life. Some days you're fresh, some days you're running on empty. PushMe gives you the same workout in three intensities so you can match the session to how you actually feel — and still show up.

The three options

• Base — "stick to the plan." The session your coach prescribed for today.
• Easier — "take it lighter." Fewer or lighter movements, shorter overall. Perfect for a tired or sore day. Importantly, it still counts — a lighter day is a completed day, not a skipped one.
• Harder — "push me a little." A step up when you're feeling strong. It's a controlled increase — your coach won't throw in anything unsafe or anything you've asked to avoid.

How you choose

You don't have to hunt through a menu:

• When you tell your coach how you're feeling — good, tired, or sore — it offers the version that fits. Say you're wiped, and it leads with the easier session; say you're ready to go, and the harder option is there.
• You can always ask directly: "give me a harder one" or "I need something lighter today."
