If today's workout doesn't suit you, you don't have to accept it as-is. Just tell your coach what you want changed, in plain words, and it edits the session for you.
How to change your workout
Open the coach chat and say what you need — for example:
- "Take this exercise out" (maybe your shoulder's bothering you).
- "Make it shorter" — you only have 20 minutes today.
- "Add some core work."
- "Swap the lunges for something else."
Your coach makes the change and shows you a short confirmation card — "antrenmanını düzenledim ✓" ("I've updated your workout") — telling you exactly what changed. You can tap to preview the updated session. Your coach won't hand you a list of options to pick through; it just does it.
What your coach won't do
- It won't add anything unsafe. If you ask for an exercise that clashes with an injury you've told it about, your coach declines that specific move and offers a safe alternative instead.
- It won't lose your changes. The edited workout is what shows up on your home screen, ready to start.
Building vs. editing
If you don't have a workout yet, ask your coach to build one first — see How PushMe builds your workout. Editing changes a workout you already have; building creates a new one.
