PushMe starts each day by checking in with you. A quick tap on how you're feeling lets your coach tailor today's session — no long form, just one honest answer.
The check-in
Once a day, you can tell PushMe how you're doing:
- Good — you're feeling fresh and ready.
- Tired — low energy; you'll still train, just lighter.
- In pain / sore — something's bothering you.
You'll only be asked once a day — whether you answer from your home screen or in the coach chat, your coach won't nag you about it again.
What your coach does with it
- Feeling good → your coach offers the base session, and the harder option is there if you want it.
- Tired → it leads with the easier version, so you can complete the day without wrecking yourself.
- In pain → your coach takes it seriously. It steers today's workout away from the area that hurts, and if it sounds like more than ordinary soreness, it will suggest you check in with a health professional. PushMe is a training coach, not a doctor — see What your coach can and can't do.
Why check in at all
A 10-second check-in is what lets PushMe adapt instead of handing you the same session regardless of how you feel. It's the difference between a plan that fits your day and one that fights it.
