Every workout PushMe gives you is built for you — your goal, your level, your equipment, and anything you've asked it to work around. It isn't a fixed program pulled off a shelf.
What goes into your workout
When your coach builds a session, it takes into account:
- Your goal and level — what you're training for and how experienced you are.
- Your equipment — bodyweight only, a few dumbbells, or a full gym. PushMe only picks exercises you can actually do with what you have.
- Anything to avoid — injuries, aches, or areas you've told your coach to steer clear of. Those exercises are kept out of your workout automatically.
- How you've been training — your recent sessions and how hard they felt, so the next one is a sensible step, not a random jump.
Three versions of the same session
For a given day, your coach usually prepares the same workout in three intensities:
- Base — the session as prescribed for you.
- Easier — fewer or lighter movements, for a low-energy day. It still counts as a completed day.
- Harder — a bit more challenge when you're feeling strong.
You don't have to choose from a cold list — your coach offers the right one based on how you say you're feeling that day. See Easier, base or harder: choosing today's intensity.
Want something changed?
If a workout doesn't suit you, just tell your coach — "make it shorter", "swap this exercise", "add some core". It edits the session for you. See Editing your workout with your coach.
